We're looking for a Change Manager to join us at the heart of this transformation. Partnering directly with our Global President, you'll help design and deliver strategic initiatives that strengthen commercial performance, scale operations, and unlock growth across multiple markets.

What You'll Do
  • Lead strategic change programs that advance our global transformation agenda.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to design and shape high‑impact initiatives.
  • Drive consistency, scalability, and repeatability in execution and measurement.
  • Contribute to initiatives such as:
    • Scaling service processes with advanced technologies
    • Designing a European Key Accounts strategy
    • Optimizing service and waste‑management processes
    • Executing geographic expansion strategies
  • Apply change‑management methodologies to ensure adoption and success.

This is not just a change management role – it's a career‑defining opportunity. You'll work side‑by‑side with the Global President, drive transformation across continents, and grow under the guidance of leaders who have successfully delivered this type of change before.
