About the role
As an enabler for our business growth, the Change Lead will join the Transformation team. Reporting to the Transformation Lead, you will help shape and deliver our largest change programmes.
As a Change Lead you will be responsible for
·Delivering change management efforts for multiple initiatives within the global transformation portfolio including but not limited to activities such as
·Stakeholder Maps and Change Impact Assessments
·Change Plans and strategy
·Communications and Engagement Plans
·Coaching Plans and education
·Business readiness assessments
·Training needs assessments, training plans and training material development
·Adoption tracking and methods for reinforcing change
·Support in the development of new Change Management ways of working for the transformation function.
·Partnering with the Business Analysis team to understand as-is and define to-be processes including clear RACI.
·Developing and maintaining strong working relations with senior management across business areas and with key internal and external stakeholders.
·Championing and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the business with a focus on developing change capability both within the transformation function and wider organisation through sharing knowledge and best practices.
Leading a team of Change professionals across initiatives ensuring consistency of outputs and continuity of messaging
Who you will work with
Reporting to the Transformation Lead
About you
We are looking for an experience Change Lead capable of helping Charlotte Tilbury plan, coordinate and execute the necessary change aspects for cross functional transformation initiatives. With prior experience of helping to establish a change strategy and executing it through to completion, you will be a central part of project delivery and end user facing activities utilising the appropriate communication methods and approach to land messages effectively with the appropriate support mechanisms to maintain progress.
Key selection criteria
·Change management qualification, e.g. Prosci.
·Retail sector experience, preferably in FMCG.
·Experience of implementing change methodologies, preferably Prosci and ADKAR
·Action orientated with the ability to balance short term results with longer term strategy
·Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change
·Ability to influence at levels across an organisation driving change practice
·Comfortable working with ambiguity and to tight deadlines
·Evaluate and ensure user readiness
·Experience of working in complex retail environments
·Experience of working within a broader transformation programme
