You’ll develop and deliver engaging internal communications, harness change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, and tailored engagement plans to foster understanding and buy‑in. Your expertise will guide business readiness checks and coordinate dynamic activities like workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions, ensuring all voices are heard. Ideal candidates will bring solid experience in change management and internal communications within transformation projects, with sharp storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas. Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, Yammer, MS Teams, and email platforms is essential, alongside a strong understanding of organisation design and employee experience principles.
