A leading healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Female Cerebral Palsy Support Worker in Plymouth. The role involves assisting a client with cerebral palsy who requires both daytime and nighttime support, focusing on personal care, community engagement, and emotional support. Ideal candidates will have experience in complex care, with key skills in communication and empathy.
We have an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Female Cerebral Palsy Support Worker to join our team in Plymouth, Devon.
Our client is in their 20’s and has cerebral palsy with other complex needs. They are a wheelchair user and do require the use of a hoist to transfer. Our client is mainly non verbal but can communicate. They love getting out and about in the community and attending appropriate activities, as well as attending a farm as they are a big animal lover.
Our client requires 2:1 support during the day and 1:1 support during the night so we are looking to put together a great team.
Please note the successful support worker will need to be comfortable with animals as well as a driver with a full UK drivers license.
Pay Rate:
£15 - £16 per hour
Working Hours:
7:30am – 10pm (Friday/Saturday/Sunday & Monday)
10pm – 7:30am (Sleeping Nights)

An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
