As a Centre Support Administrator, you’ll be a key member of the Customer Engagement Team at Calshot Activities Centre. You’ll manage group bookings from initial enquiry through to post‑visit follow‑up, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all customers. Your role will be central to driving income, securing repeat business, and supporting the Centre’s commercial performance.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines customer service, administration, and financial responsibilities. You’ll also contribute to the development of new business opportunities and help deliver strategic performance targets.
