  • Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety.
  • Experienced with high sales turnover and managing KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT proficient with willingness to learn in-house systems.
  • Good time management.
  • A current valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

Lead the centre team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive customer journey. Drive business performance through effective leadership, coaching, and daily operational management.

Manage day-to-day operations to ensure service quality, compliance, and achievement of KPIs.
