Qualifications

• Experience within the commercial fit-out, refurb or new build preferred.
• Strong understanding of JCT contracts and the full project life-cycle.
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and subcontractor packages.
• Handle valuations, variations, and progress payments.
• Support project reporting and cost forecasting.
• Attend site and progress meetings with the wider team.
• Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project.
