Cell Leader (Machining Cell)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in machining and precision engineering? We are recruiting a Cell Leader to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently achieved.

As a Cell Leader, you will manage machining operations from raw material through to finished components, leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results. You'll work closely with Purchasing, Planning, and Engineering to keep production on schedule, while driving continuous improvement and problem‑solving initiatives.
