Responsibilities

Role Details
  • £13.80 per hour
  • 30 hours per week (Monday‑Friday)
  • Term‑time only (43.8 weeks per year)
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
  • Ensure that the location meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures.
  • Enhance the company’s reputation for excellent food and service, consistently exceeding client and customer expectations.
  • Be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the location, supervising teams, managing inventories, monitoring budgets and implementing action plans.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client in your school, recommending and implementing regular adjustments and improvements.
  • Communicate regularly with the line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets.
  • Support and train teams, leading from the front to ensure all training is completed and performance is managed.
