Catering Supervisor

Location: Poole

Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 on a rota basis, shift can vary between 7:30am and 4pm

We are a dynamic and customer-focused catering operation committed to delivering high-quality food, outstanding service, and a great customer experience. We are now seeking a proactive and organised Catering Supervisor to join our team and help lead day-to-day operations.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our catering service. You will supervise staff, maintain excellent food standards, ensure compliance with hygiene regulations, and help create a welcoming environment for customers. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and support catering staff during service
  • Assist with menu preparation and food presentation
  • Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
  • Manage stock levels, deliveries, and ordering
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
  • Support training of new team members
  • Oversee till operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
Qualifications
