We’re looking for Category Managers to join our expanding team and play a key role in delivering commercial value across a variety of procurement categories – Professional Services, IT & indirects. This role offers real ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to develop rapidly with the right support.
Leading end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories, including running RFx (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) and delivering robust sourcing strategies.
Managing multiple supplier relationships, contracts, and negotiations to ensure best-in-class value and service.
Supporting the business across a high volume of concurrent projects, managing deadlines, priorities, and stakeholders efficiently.
Working cross-functionally to align procurement activity with broader commercial and operational goals.
Driving process improvement, cost savings, and value creation through strong procurement practices.
Solid experience in procurement/category management, ideally in a fast-paced industry (e.g. retail, FMCG, tech, gaming, hospitality).
Demonstrated experience running competitive RFPs and tender processes, and managing supplier contracts through their lifecycle.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
A confident multi-tasker who thrives under pressure and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
