About You
  • You’ve worked in textiles and understand fabrics from design to end‑process
  • Proven knowledge of woven, worsted and cashmere fabrics
  • You’ve got a background in account management, design, textiles, product development or technical fabrics
  • Confident working with high‑end clients who expect exceptional service
  • An excellent communicator (written, verbal, face‑to‑face)
  • Commercially savvy and convinced in negotiation
  • Fantastic organisation and accuracy; very strong with Excel
  • You know who the competitor's are and keep a close eye on their activity and market trends
  • You’re based in West Yorkshire (or commutable) and happy to travel globally
About the Role
  • You’ll be the face of the brand for high‑end clients across the globe
  • Protect and elevate a brand of British craftsmanship
  • Working with the Brand Director, helping to guide fabric choices, colour stories and seasonal direction with iconic fashion houses
  • Nurturing and growing key accounts and high‑profile collaborations
  • Ensure accurate order handling, shipping and logistics
