About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Domiciliary Care Workers. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives by helping them remain independent in their own homes.

You will provide high-quality care and support to elderly and vulnerable clients, assisting them with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) in a respectful and dignified manner
  • Support with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment when necessary
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring (after training)
  • Help with meal preparation, hydration, and feeding when required
  • Perform light household tasks, such as cleaning or laundry
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Record and report changes in the client's health or wellbeing
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care management team
Requirements
  • Must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or split shifts
