Team Leader to Deputy Manager - Career Progression Role

Location: Nottingham

Setting: Small Bed Residential Care Home

Salary: £29,400 per annum

Hours: Full-time

Are you an experienced Team Leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a committed and compassionate professional to step up into a Residential Deputy Manager role at our small, well-regarded care home in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
  • Lead, mentor, and manage care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Oversee care planning, medication, and compliance with CQC standards
  • Help build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Carer or Team Leader in a residential care setting
