A community care provider in Swindon is seeking Care Support Workers to support adults in living independently. This role includes providing personal care, domestic support, and ensuring effective communication. Candidates should be compassionate, reliable, and flexible to meet varying schedules. First City Group are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Support Workers to join our team in Swindon and the surrounding areas.This role involves supporting adults with a range of needs, to live independently and confidently in their own homes and communities.
This role differs slightly from traditional domiciliary care, your key responsibilities include:
Shifts will range from an hour upwards and will be across Swindon and the surrounding area.
