Qualifications

• Experience working in a scheduling role within a home care or logistics environment.
• Must be a driver with access to own vehicle.
• Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate effective schedules for clients and Care Professionals.
• Maintain client and Care Professional information in the scheduling system.
• Work closely with the Client Services Manager and Quality Team.
