Qualifications

• Must hold or be working towards NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.

• Full driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Support audits, investigations, complaints, and safeguarding processes.
• Help roll out new policies and initiatives.
• Foster positive relationships with staff, residents, families, and external professionals.
• Provide deputy management cover when required.
