Care Home Manager — Salary: £70,000 (DOE). Location: Cheltenham. Clinical and Non-Clinical Managers welcome to apply.

  • This role offers full autonomy to manage resources and shape the future of the home, while ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a care home manager with (or working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Previous experience managing a large care home would be advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills, empowering your team to perform at their best.
  • Relevant business qualifications and/or commercial experience.
  • From either a clinical or non-clinical background, with a passion for delivering exceptional standards of care.
