Maison La Corderie Residential Home is seeking a dedicated Care Home Manager to oversee the highest standard of care provision. In this role you will provide strong people leadership, ensuring excellence in care delivery and resident outcomes, while stewarding resources effectively and safeguarding the home’s reputation through consistent, robust governance. You will ensure compliance with all relevant care standards and regulatory bodies, work closely with the Manager of Stuart Court to maintain consistency of practice, and implement efficiencies that support both homes.
