Job Opportunity: Band 6 Community Care Coordinator Occupational Therapist

JustOT is seeking a Band 6 Community Care Coordinator Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in London.

Pay Rate: £22-£26 per hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

Duration: Ongoing

Job Description:

1. Be responsible and accountable for a caseload as part of the community team.
2. Lead and manage the work of others as required.
3. Coordinate care, communicate with other professionals involved in the care, and ensure regular reviews are held.
4. Communicate with other teams, such as inpatient services.

Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.
