A care service provider in the UK is looking for compassionate individuals to join their team in providing support to residents. The role includes following care plans, building relationships with residents, and acting professionally. No previous experience is required, making it a great opportunity for those new to the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring personalized and effective care for the residents.

Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth. Act as a role model for others and an ambassador for the service. Be professional, polite, and reasonable at all times.
Have knowledge of, and work within, the Fundamental Standards. Understand the regulatory framework governing the service, including CQC requirements. Commit to achieving relevant qualifications commensurate with the role. Attend statutory and other training as directed by management. Follow all policies and procedures relevant to the role. Embrace learning opportunities.
Essential Criteria
Qualifications: Good English (written and verbal).
Skills: Proficient written skills to maintain care plans and care records in line with service policy. Communication skills to build rapport with residents, communicate effectively with them, and inform colleagues, management, and professionals about their needs. Problem-solving skills to adapt to and address situations quickly, develop solutions, and recognise/report situations requiring protection. Ability to assist residents with daily tasks by following their care plan, this may include bathing, eating, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom.
Previous Experience: Previous experience is not required.
