Job Description
Your Role as a Community Care Professional

As a Home Instead Care Professional, you’ll be supporting clientsin their own homes, offering personalised care that helps them live independently and confidently.

Your work will include:

  • Providing genuine companionship
    Sharing stories, enjoying a cuppa, offering a listening ear, all whilst brightening someone’s day.
  • Supporting with daily routines
    Helping clients with tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, getting ready for the day, or winding down for the evening.
  • Delivering personal care with empathy and dignity
    You’ll help clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected — always taking the time they deserve.
