Overview

Personal assistant / Care Support Worker – Direct Payment Role (Hartlepool)

We’re looking for a kind, enthusiastic, and bubbly individual to join a small, friendly team providing 24-hour, 2:1 care for a young man with a brain injury living in his own independent bungalow in Seaton Carew, Hartlepool. All care needs are fully supported in this rewarding, person-centred role.

Role Details
  • Part-time hours: minimum 12–24 hours per week (1–2 shifts weekly), with opportunities to pick up extra shifts for holiday and sickness cover
  • Shift patterns: Choose either permanent nights or a combination of day and night shifts – flexible depending on your preference
  • Day shift timings: 7am - 5pm/7pm
  • Night shift timings: 7pm - 7am
  • Pay rate: £13.00 per hour
  • Alternate weekends off or two weekends off per month depending on the needs of the rota
