Job description

Overview

Time to care with 1 hour minimum visits. Paid travel and waiting times. No uniforms. 5 star employer in care. Fully funded training. Up to £17 per hour, £23 per hour on bank holidays. Sleeping night rate £115 (optional extra). Full UK Driving license required. Mobile data allowance. Eligible for a Blue Light Card. Access to EarlyPay. Refer a friend scheme.

Responsibilities

• Support with daily tasks such as washing and dressing for the day, prepping breakfast and enjoying a cup of tea, and getting ready for supper and bedtime by providing a reassuring presence at the end of the day.
• Provide a trusted and consistent point of contact to boost clients’ sense of security, safety and wellbeing.
• Support with medication, accompany clients to appointments or social trips, and meal preparation.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving license required
