Overview

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You'll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share moments and memories. Every day will be different, with work that is as varied as it is rewarding. You could be supporting residents with food and drinks, following care plans, and ensuring each resident has one-to-one time. About You
