You’ll deliver essential support to clients in their own homes, following personalised care plans designed to uphold dignity, respect, and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)

Assisting with medication (preparation and administration)

Supporting with mobility and safe use of aids/equipment

Preparing meals and snacks, offering mealtime assistance

Carrying out light domestic duties (laundry, making beds, light cleaning)

Offering companionship and building meaningful, positive relationships
