A leading healthcare organization in Wales is looking for a Secretary to provide confidential support to Cardiology Consultants. The role requires experience in secretarial work, including audio typing and knowledge of medical terminology. Candidates with NHS or hospital experience are preferred. There are opportunities for training and a supportive working environment is offered. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months. To provide a full confidential secretarial service to the Cardiology Consultants and their team. Carrying out duties as defined by the Business Support Manager to meet the needs of the service. Managing and prioritising your workload, working independently to defined policies and procedures.
This post is fixed term/secondment for 12 months to 30.01.2027 to meet the needs of the service. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
To provide a full confidential secretarial service to Consultants and team. Carry out duties as defined by the Departmental Manager.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
