A local government body in Chelmsford seeks a motivated individual for a full-time customer service role in their Car Park team. The position involves leading by example, providing excellent service, and working outdoors across multiple sites. Adaptability and customer service experience are key prerequisites. This role offers the flexibility of job-sharing or part-time arrangements.
We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Car Park team to support with the day-to-day running of our 19 City Centre car parks. The successful applicant will lead by example providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of quality across the sites. This will include working within a team, interacting with members of the public and keeping accurate records of daily site operations.
The successful applicant will work 5 days per week on a shift rota, covering Monday to Sunday.
