  • Act as the main support for systems used by the Building Engineering Maintenance team, including CAFM (Concept).
  • Maintain and oversee an electronic asset database as part of the asset management system.
  • Manage system software upgrades, perform fault‑finding, and ensure regular system backups.
  • Provide training for staff on systems to ensure effective usage.
  • Undertake Project Manager duties for Building Engineering Maintenance data collection and development.
