A family-owned hotel group in Scotland is looking for a Café Manager to lead a team and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience managing small teams and maintaining a positive environment. Responsibilities include overseeing café cleanliness and providing top-notch service across food and beverage areas. First impressions count, so you'll make sure the cafes are clean and tidy. As a key part of the food and beverage team, on occasion, you may work in other food and beverage areas to make sure our customers receive fabulous customer service, regardless of where they eat.
As Café’s Manager you’ll be a role model for the team, you’ll certainly have a track record of leading small teams. You will lead by example and will be able to motivate the team and support the manager to ensure a great customer experience.
