This is your chance to shape the next generation of pilots with full relocation support and a work visa provided!

Your Mission :

Report to the C-27J Key Account Manager and Lead Instructor supporting the Spartan Pilot Initial Qualification (PIQ) Course and advanced training programs.

Deliver engaging mission briefs and debriefs.

Provide hands-on simulator instruction to C-27J pilot students in a brand-new state-of-the-art Flight Training Device

Collaborate with simulator maintenance teams to keep training equipment at peak performance.

Help develop and continuously improve training materials ensuring our syllabus stays cutting-edge.
