Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - no weekend shifts

Role Introduction

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you'll play a key role in the procurement of materials and services for building and M&E maintenance projects. You will work closely with project teams and suppliers to support the delivery of high-quality, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement
  • Source and procure materials and services, ensuring value and quality
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and onboard new vendors as needed
Order Management
  • Raise and manage purchase orders aligned with project needs
  • Track deliveries to ensure timely supply
  • Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing
Cost Control
  • Support teams in staying within procurement budgets
  • Conduct market research and pricing analysis
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work with quantity surveyors, engineers, and project managers to meet material requirements
  • Provide updates on supplier performance and market trends
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure procurement aligns with company policies and industry regulations
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts and invoices
Candidate Profile
