Job summary

A leading film and TV studio in the UK seeks an individual for an administrative support role. You will assist with the implementation of business services, manage shuttle bus operations, and support studio events. Candidates must be computer literate, have operational experience, and hold a full UK driving license. This position offers a dynamic working environment at a premier studio location.

Qualifications

  • Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Previous knowledge of/or interest in the media, film, or events industry.
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role is a plus.
  • Experience in an operational role required.
  • Knowledge of basic health and safety practices.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Operations Manager with ongoing services.
  • Assist in implementing additional services across WBSL.
  • Manage dedicated shuttle bus services for stakeholders.
  • Devise promotional activities for sustainable travel.
  • Support logistical planning for studio events.
  • Act as point of contact for external vendors during events.
  • Handle departmental administrative tasks.
  • Assist with administration of temporary access requests.

Overview

Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a world-class film and TV studio with extensive facilities. Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working arrangement, where essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Operations Manager with the extension of current business-related services (Leavesden Life), such as car wash, doggy daycare, post room expansion, and additional catering amenities across the new WBSL site expansion areas.
  • Assist with the implementation and operation of additional Leavesden Life services across WBSL, including dry cleaning service and on-site retail facilities.
  • Support the stakeholders of the Travel Management Plan to implement and manage multiple dedicated shuttle bus services, ensuring the service is fully accessible for all.
  • Devise & periodically run relevant promotional activities to support sustainable travel.
  • Support with the logistical planning and running of the Studio events and activations programme.
  • Support the installation, running and de-rig of studio events and activations, being a point of contact for external vendors and internal stakeholders and ensuring all jobs are completed in a timely fashion, to the highest standard.
  • Support with departmental administrative requests, including scheduling meetings, note-taking, action tracking and SOP reviews.
  • Assist the Security and Operations teams with the administration of temporary pass and vendor site access requests.
Qualifications
  • Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems specific to the job role and department.
  • Previous knowledge of/or an interest in the media, film, or events industry.
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role.
  • Previous experience working in an operational role.
  • Knowledge and practical application of basic health and safety.
  • Full UK driving license.
