Qualifications

  • Experience as a Business Manager within the industry is preferred.
  • High level of professionalism and proven success in automotive sales.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and build relationships.
  • Must hold a full and valid UK Driving Licence.

Job description

As our Business Manager you will be pivotal in providing support to the sales team. You will be responsible for building and presenting deals to the customer following qualification from the sales team. It is important that you understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations, to ensure accurate information is given. You will be supporting the department in the delivery of the Group's controlled ActiveSales process and to drive the performance of the department to achieve the agreed targets. This will involve supporting management of daily actions and direct customer interaction, with first and second facing customer activity at its heart. You will serve and support sales colleagues to sell a combination of new and/or used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance, paint protection, warranty and insurances whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.

Experience as a Business Manager within the industry would be a strong advantage. Applications from experienced Sales Executives who demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a proven track record of success in automotive sales will be considered. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, excel at relationship building, negotiating skills, posses excellent communication, and have the proven ability to use your own initiative. You will also be required to have a full and valid UK Driving Licence.
