SM UK is seeking two experienced business development managers (Midlands and North West) to build relationships with fleet operators, manage the sales process from lead generation to project delivery, and grow revenue within the HGV safety equipment/fleet technology sector. With 25 years of operation and continued growth plans, we are looking to add experienced and knowledgeable business development managers to our Sales Operation. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for forging relationships with leading fleet operators within your specified area and have good working knowledge of the fleet industry, particularly HGV vehicles, and experience in the safety equipment and fleet technology sector.
This role is well suited to a driven and performance‑motivated individual who has a consultative and engaging approach to sales. You will already have a proven track record in the industry and be looking to join a progressive business that offers good prospects. The role will involve travel across the country, as well as regular presence in our Leeds HQ. This is a full‑time, permanent position (08:30–17:00 Mon‑Fri). Salary: DOE, potential earnings in excess of £75,000 (uncapped commission) plus car.
