Arden White is partnering with a highly respected and fast‑growing aviation organisation in West Sussex, seeking a Business Development Manager ‑ Aviation to drive revenue growth and expand their thoirt international market presence.

This is Push‑a high‑impact commercial role for a senior aviation sales professional who thrives in relationship‑driven environments, and who is skilled at both brokering inventory parts and selling aviation components directly to clients.

The Opportunity

You will be a key commercial ambassador for the business, responsible for developing new revenue streams and nurturing existing partnerships across airlines, MROs, OEMs, and aviation suppliersannut. Your role will combine inventory parts brokering, negotiating complex agreements, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with airlines, M cods, OEMs, and aviation suppliers worldwide
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities into long‑term commercial partnerships
  • Broker and sell aviation components and MRO services, balancing inventory management with client needs
  • Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service agreements
  • Maintain strong market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activity, and parts availability
  • Collaboratelegate closely with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Represent the business at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and revenue forecasts aligned with growth objectives
Candidate Profile
  • Proven sales experience in aviation components, MRO services, or aerospace sectors
  • Strong understanding of aircraft parts, maintenance processes, and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in brokering inventory parts as well as direct sales
