We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join us at Civils & Lintels covering the Mid South West (Westbury & SA, CF, NP, HR, GL, BS, SN and OX Postcodes).

To be a successful Business Development Manager you will need to be tenacious, driven and hungry to identify sales opportunities where others do not. Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, acting as an advocate for our brand and ensuring a joined-up commercial approach.
  • Increase margin and grow the sales portfolio while working to achieve targets.
  • Successfully utilise CRM and BI systems to deliver results.
  • Apply a natural sales flair while keeping the customer at the heart of the service.
