FIELD BASED ROLE

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager / Executive looking for a new, exciting role? This is an amazing and potentially life-changing opportunity within an industry-leading company. You’re guaranteed £60,000 in your first year with an OTE of £110,000, with top performers earning up to £150,000+ and a car allowance of up to £5,000 or a company car, currently Tesla or other exciting electric/hybrid vehicles.

Our clients are an award-winning provider of Health and Safety, HR, and Employment Law services, with over 80 years of experience supporting business owners and senior leaders.

This is an excellent opportunity within a truly sales-led organization that has grown significantly and is looking to bring on talented individuals with a hunger for success to contribute to its growth.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily business activities.
  • Attend and close your own sales appointments.
  • Generate and attend meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline accurately.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy, and high-reward environment.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 4+ years of experience selling solutions in a B2B environment (industry experience not required).
  • Confident in value-based and consultative selling.
  • Ability to sell to diverse audiences including business owners, board members, and HR managers.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with high weekly meeting volumes.
  • Previous field-based sales experience.
