As they continue to expand, they are now seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Business Development Manager to join their Reading branch.

Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday with every other Saturday between 8am - 12pm, Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000 + company car, with the potential to earn an additional £1,000 per month in bonuses.
The Role
We\'re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to focus on B2B client acquisition and account growth. This is a field-based, customer-facing role, covering Reading and surrounding areas, where you\'ll build lasting relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and construction firms.
You'll be responsible for driving branch revenue by identifying and securing new trade customers while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
