Sales Executive - B2B (Office-Based)
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £40,000 basic + realistic OTE £75,000+ (uncapped)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:30pm, office-based
What you'll be doing
- Making outbound calls to qualified business owners who have enquired through paid marketing campaigns.
- Running confident sales conversations at decision-maker level.
- Presenting the value of high-impact services and solutions in a clear, compelling way.
- Handling objections professionally and closing with urgency.
- Working towards and exceeding daily and monthly sales targets (including a target of around five new sales per day).
- Following up warm leads systematically to maximise conversion.
- Keeping the CRM fully up to date with call notes, outcomes, and next actions.
- Playing an active part in a high-performance, competitive sales floor.
- Working closely with your Sales Manager to refine scripts, improve objection handling, and boost your results.

- Proven experience in B2B telesales or inside sales.
- Confident communicator who's comfortable talking to business owners and senior stakeholders.
- Proven closer with a track record of hitting (or beating) daily and monthly targets.
- High-energy, driven and competitive - you like seeing your name at the top of the leaderboard.
- Resilient and able to stay positive in a KPI-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Coachable and ambitious - keen to learn, improve, and move into more senior roles over time.
