Sales Executive - B2B (Office-Based)

Location: Peterborough

Salary: £40,000 basic + realistic OTE £75,000+ (uncapped)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:30pm, office-based

What you'll be doing
  • Making outbound calls to qualified business owners who have enquired through paid marketing campaigns.
  • Running confident sales conversations at decision-maker level.
  • Presenting the value of high-impact services and solutions in a clear, compelling way.
  • Handling objections professionally and closing with urgency.
  • Working towards and exceeding daily and monthly sales targets (including a target of around five new sales per day).
  • Following up warm leads systematically to maximise conversion.
  • Keeping the CRM fully up to date with call notes, outcomes, and next actions.
  • Playing an active part in a high-performance, competitive sales floor.
  • Working closely with your Sales Manager to refine scripts, improve objection handling, and boost your results.
