💷 Circa £35,000 basic + uncapped commission

Our client, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is looking for a Business Development Executive to focus on outbound lead generation and new business activity.
This is a sales-driven role with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn outreach, cold email, phone prospecting and pipeline building, supporting senior sales colleagues and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through outbound prospecting
  • Engage Marketing Managers, Directors and Business Owners
  • Qualify opportunities and book meetings
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
  • Work closely with marketing on campaign follow-up
  • Hit lead generation and revenue targets
About You
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation
  • Confident with outbound activity and targets
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Commercially aware and motivated by uncapped commission
  • Digital marketing exposure (SEO, PPC, Paid Social) advantageous
