London / WFH hybrid working | c. £75,000 basic / £140k OTE

A leading boutique Financial Services recruitment and talent solutions firm is seeking an ambitious Business Development Director to drive growth across sectors including Retail Banking, Fintech and Insurance. This fully sales‑focused role involves engaging directly with CXO‑level clients to deliver executive placements, interim resourcing, project solutions, and advisory services.

This role requires building and executing growth plans, winning new clients, and expanding existing relationships through consultative, solution‑led sales. You will engage with senior decision‑makers, identifying their challenges and developing tailored propositions using a full range of services.

You will have a track record in recruitment within professional services along with strong consultative selling skills, and the confidence to engage with C‑suite and senior leaders.
