A leading insurance company is seeking a Business Design Consultant for a 12-month fixed term contract. The role involves driving impactful business design solutions, engaging with stakeholders, and tackling complex challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and analytical skills, proven experience in business design, and the ability to mentor junior team members. Competitive salary up to £65,000 with additional benefits, including a pension scheme and private medical cover. Flexibility for hybrid work is also offered.
We’re looking for a Business Design Consultant to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. You’ll drive impactful business design solutions and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to shape innovative operating models and create sustainable strategies for our organisation’s growth and success.
You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a number of teams across the organisation, creating clarity around the architecture of our business, simplifying complex structures, and enabling a shared understanding of how each component fits together.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
