A leading training organization based in Chelmsford seeks a Business Coaching Events Sales Executive. The candidate must have at least 5 years of face-to-face sales experience and a strong ability to build rapport with clients. The role involves facilitating training events, managing customer journeys, and driving sales. £25k basic with £50-75k uncapped OTE

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (Weekend working required during special events every one to two months. You will also be required to attend week night networking meals out, so some flexibility needed)
