Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for a Business Centre Coordinator, working for a well-established Company based in Brighton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals to join a well-knit team as a Business Centre Coordinator

Duties for this Business Centre Coordinator role are as follows:

Hours of work for this Role:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person.
  • Building client relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and goals
  • Prepare accurate shipping quotations in line with guidelines.
  • Manage and monitor consignments throughout the shipping process, updating customers as needed.
  • Oversee office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the centre.
  • Provide support to colleagues who may be out visiting customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and data protection standards.

Skills & Qualities Required

  • Strong ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision.
  • Sales background is essential
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Confident with IT systems, email, and online platforms (training provided on internal systems).
  • Problem-solving mindset, especially when dealing with logistics challenges.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work well in a small-team environment.

Hours of work for this role are as follows

Monday to Friday

08:30-17:30

Pay for this Business Centre Coordinator Role is £12.50

– Free onsite parking
