Overview

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the delivery of a MiFID II / MiFIR program. The role combines regulatory expertise, business analysis, and project management to ensure effective, timely compliant delivery across Markets functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and assess the impact of MiFID II / MiFIR Trade Transparency and Clock Synchronisation regulations across EU and UK jurisdictions.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Front Office teams to define and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyse existing processes and systems to identify compliance gaps and design sustainable solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate solution design, testing, and implementation, including managing UAT and test strategies.
  • Apply PMO standards, manage RAID logs, track progress, and report to senior stakeholders.
