About the Role

We’re hiring a highly experienced Business Analyst to support the Defined Benefit portfolio of projects for our client a large financial business specialising in Retirement products.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Experience within Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA) or Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) products is essential.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to interpret complex goals and solutions, deliver on short-term commitments whilst considering longer‑term impacts.
  • Problem‑solving: Expert at analysing, synthesising, and logically structuring information step‑by‑step to identify trends and find solutions, especially via collaboration tools.
  • Analysis techniques: Expert knowledge of analysis techniques, design principles, Agile practices, and risk in analysis.
  • Creativity: Adaptable and creative approaches, using operating models and design principles to solve complex problems.
  • Communication: Excellent collaboration, facilitation, presentation and communication skills at all levels, able to purposefully communicate appropriate, concise, accurate information.
  • Stakeholder management: Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence and negotiate, conflict management skills.
  • Results‑oriented: Proactive, self‑driven, and results‑oriented, lead analysis in different environments and challenges.
  • Solution development: Expertise in proposition development, operating and business model design, business and solution architecture, focusing on commercial and risk analysis.
