State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) - Program Office is seeking a skilled and proven Business Analyst, Vice President to lead complex technical business analysis efforts and drive strategic initiatives and process improvements across the organization. This technical role focuses on advanced requirements analysis, data-driven decision-making, and the development of comprehensive functional specifications to support critical business objectives. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader capable of producing results in a timely manner and developing efficient strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration across teams and disciplines to drive alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Oversee dependency mapping to manage interdependencies at an organizational level, ensuring project success and strategic alignment.
• Guide systems and flow analysis to identify high-level inefficiencies and opportunities for improvements.
• Drive evaluation of complex workflows and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Champion process and flow optimization through advanced visualization and stakeholder communication.
• Leverage deep knowledge of financial products to provide strategic insight into system and process improvements.

Qualifications
