Our Role

We’re looking for a curious, collaborative and forward-thinking Apprentice Business Analyst to help us shape smarter services for our customers. You’ll work with passionate teams, senior leaders, and external partners to turn ideas into real-world solutions that make a difference. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s ready to grow, influence change, and bring fresh thinking to how we deliver services.

What you'll be learning to do
  • Listening to users and turning their ideas into practical solutions

  • Supporting the creation of project mandates and business cases
  • Mapping out business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements for new systems and enhancements
  • Collaborating with IT teams and subject matter experts to design solutions
  • Leading workshops, interviews and user testing to ensure solutions meet real needs
  • Helping embed changes and support teams post-implementation
  • Using tools and techniques to model processes and manage change effectively
  • Championing inclusive, customer-focused service design
What we're looking for

You will need the following skills and qualifications to start your career journey with us:

  • A minimum of Maths and English Language at GCSE (or equivalent) level 4 - 9 or A* - C

As well as one of the following -

  • Two A Levels A* - C (one must be in a STEM subject), or
  • A BTEC National Certificate Level 3 in a relevant subject (merit or distinction)

We will also be looking for:

  • Working as part of a team
  • An interest in driving forward your career
  • Good IT skills, with a desire to learn and develop
