Overview

Exciting opportunities have arisen for highly motivated and experienced Business Analysts to join the Digital Transformation Team. As an integral part of the Digital & Data Directorate in CTM, the team have a rapidly expanding portfolio of challenging and interesting projects, including electronic prescribing and medicines administration, transforming patient contact services and several smaller projects supporting direct care.

Under the guidance of the Head of Digital Business Change and Benefits, working closely with Projects, SMEs and the Clinical Systems Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to work with end-users and suppliers to support the gathering of requirements, solution design and the streamlining of processes to improve the outcomes of our patients, citizens and families that we serve, as outlined in the Health Board\'s strategy CTM 2030.
